Who we are

Dierenkliniek Otterbeek is responsible for the personal data that comes in through this website. Questions about privacy? Email privacy@otterbeek.example.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the topic and your message. We only use it to answer your question.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ad pixels, embedded maps or third-party fonts. Everything loads from our own server.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages for up to 90 days, unless you become a patient. Then whatever is needed goes into your record.

Where it is stored

The website runs on a server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). We have agreements with our suppliers on security and confidentiality. We don't sell or share your data.

Technical logs

Our server does not store IP addresses in its logs. Our hosting provider may briefly keep technical data for security.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Just email us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Your pet's record

Your pet's medical record and your client details are kept in our clinic system, separate from the website. We keep them while you're a client and after that for as long as the law requires.
